That looks like very promising treatment for 2% who have genetic early onset AD.

Jeff, in the article is a footnoted reference to the study (click on the "1"). From there you can search Pubmed (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed) for the actual article which is at https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5652037/.
