put a teaspoon of grass feed butter in your coffee to make it bullet proof.. it is really good.. he puts a tbsp but I think that is too much for me. the composition of butter is not all that bad.

I add 1/4 tsp high flavanol cocoa powder to my coffee, and sometimes add coconut oil. Mmmmmm.
