Oh, I see! This is excellent!

If we can cooperatively agree, then we could make Orwell blush.
With a little bit of organized effort we could rewrite the past however we liked.
We might all help out and edit out the rough patches.

Perhaps we do not need to reshape the "Truth" of words on the thread, more the "Feel"
of words. Not much point in arguing over that, it causes more division than unity.

Yes and I was also thinking about being somewhat devious.
To make things antiseptic we could have other posters edit in unison so there was a clean wipe!

Very Orwellian!

Maybe it does need to state what has been edited, if it's possible?! I thought I'd admit to my spelling edit ;).

general brain fog and forgetfulness to approaching dementia

so many things can cause that... but E4 status will probably have nothing to do with it really, it is the misrepresentation of E4..
don't believe what every dumb person thinks is my motto.. some scare mongers are spreading rumors and it has become a public nuisance!. not necessarily on this site but it comes from the outside.
check your methylation and homocysteine and when you lower it you will feel happier and know what I mean>>COMT, MAO affect mood...ALz is 30 years down the road and by that time many of the so called obstacles will be easily solved, there are simple solutions here.

That's a cheerful outlook! Nice to see that once in a while.

I'm also a terrible speller! But always have been, so that, at least, is not a sign of any big change....(maybe if I suddenly start knowing which vowel goes where consistently, that would be a cause for alarm?!?) :?

What GenePoole0304 said! Today I went to see a methylation specialist. She is testing my homocysteine and doing an in depth report with recommendations based on my snp profile. I've started taking methylated B12 and feel less "foggy" and it's methyl folate next. I'm starting to assimilate that this is about what we do with the information we've got and one more thing, everyone I speak to has moments when they forget stuff, or put the frozen food in the tumble drier or whatever. As you say, it's not all about 4/4 status

We and most mainstream Alzheimer scientists believe that glucose control is essential in reducing risk and is the cornerstone of all prevention strategies. Its far more certain than any lipid modification.
Stavia: can you please identify who some of these mainstream Alzheimer scientists are who believe "glucose control is essential in reducing risk and the cornerstone of all prevention strategies"? Thanks.
