Got my ZRT Labs newsletter today and it pointed me to a new article about Alzheimer's treatment utilizing lithium orotate:

When I did further searching, I found lots of info on Selfhacked, too:
Pros

Great for emotional balance, including anxiety and depression

Increases lifespan
Increases bone density

Cons

May increases IL-8 in the gut
May cause some fatigue
May inhibit thyroid function a bit

You'll find multiple mentions of and discussions on lithium on our website by using the search function (magnifying glass in right upper tool bar). May take a while to sort through, but will probably find some interesting info.
