I find it very fatalistic and it sounds like he is dooming people to Alz.
there are epigenectic switches that can turn off those genes from expressing themselves so I think a better quote by a better noted imminent person would be more appropriate.

I disagree that it sounds fatalistic, but, I do think we should consider a quote from a less controversial person. I don't want this to seem like a Dr. P site. (Even though I agree with a lot of what Dr. P says, and, would add, sense that he is a really great guy -- very sincerely interested in helping people!)

I see no reason why that can't be changed on a regular basis. Recommend a replacement. FWIW, we chose it BECAUSE of it's hopefulness..
