Ok, I now understand this is going to be shades of grey. Mostly. Phew. I'm incredibly appreciative of you guys for opening my eyes to this, in such a kind way. Deep breath. Big smile.

But I need to stand somewhere in this landscape. And still live my currently healthy and happy life in a positive way.

So...
I've ordered this formulation from iherb, hope my country's customs lets it in. I have a second more expensive source lined up if it doesn't. And I'm going to file this information in my new ring binder folder and move onto the next item to research.

And I started an online mindfulness meditation course last night to slow down my spinning head. Was very pleasant actually :) Good evidence mindfulness impacts positively on mood and low mood correlates with increased incidence AD. (This is correct right? I'm now questioning everything! )
