Thanks for your reply, Alison. it is helpful to learn more of the details of your experience. I appreciate your sharing this with all of us.AlisonMolinari wrote:Someone asked: "do you feel that the extra verbiage in the recode report itself, over and above the individual test results, was worth $400? And can you tell us anything about how well the logistics of the AHNP process worked for you?"
My answer: I'm on the fence.
Has anyone done the one time RECODE report simple for prevention?

Sure! Here is the chart in word doc form. You'll see an "additional tests" row at the bottom of the chart, if you have other issues that you want to track. (If you need more than one row, left click on the row, and choose insert row [below or above] to add another.) My apologies if I've missed anything or if you see an item that is not Bredesen related. (I tried to clean up the chart I use, but likely did so imperfectly!)drpickens wrote:Emily, Would you be willing, and/or is it possible for me to get the word doc you created with all the Bredesen factors?
Thanks
I hope this is helpful.

I just did my recode report too. Same info provided as Alison listed above. I found a spreadsheet in the apoe4 wiki that allows you to track. I'm curious though about the MMP9. Not seeing that in the spreadsheet and don't know what the appropriate reference range is. Along with being APOE3/4 I'm having cornea problems. I was reading that high MMP9 has a correlation with dry eyes and cornea issues, so I really wanna know if mine is high.

Dr Richie Shoemaker is a physician who is well known for CIRS (Chronic Inflammatory Response Syndrome) evaluation and treatment. There are several markers (including MMP9) that are believed to indicate presence of CIRS, but don't isolate which biotoxin is causing the condition. One of his colleagues, Dr Sanjay Gupta, indicates that MMP9 is a cytokine and intensification marker, with "normal" range between 85-332 ng/mL. Higher levels point in the direction of CIRS.thlas1971! wrote:I just did my recode report too. Same info provided as Alison listed above. Re: Has anyone done the one time RECODE report simple for prevention?
Hi Alison, I am working with several individuals who have found the ReCODE report quite helpful - as have I. There are several areas on the report that are customized to the individual and they include the Key Metabolic Indicators, Where Do I Start, Hormone Therapy and Personalized Synaptic Support i.e., supplements. I think the most helpful part of the report is the supplement page which is based on your test results. The supplements are a little different for everyone based on what type of Key Metabolic Contributors they are experiencing. Many will be able to piece together the rest of the protocol (nutrition, stress management, exercise, etc. ) but the supplements are individualized, so it is great to have them summarized. I hope that in the future they will dive a little deeper into customized detoxification recommendations.AlisonMolinari wrote: ...RECODE... Was it helpful?
